What are your payment terms?
We accept wire transfer, L/C at sight, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
How long is the quote valid for?
Generally, our prices are valid for 1 month from the date of quotation. Prices will be appropriately adjusted based on raw material price fluctuations and market changes.
What is your delivery time?
Normally, we do stocking of machines, if we have machines in stock, the delivery time is 5-10 days after receiving the deposit;
If we don’t have, we will arrange production immediately, and the delivery time is 15-30 days, depending on the order quantity.
Do you provide OEM/ODM services?
Yes, provide me the necessary information and we provide customized services to meet the different needs of global customers.
Do you have CE certificate?
Yes, most of our products have CE certificate.
How can we ensure quality?
We have inspectors to inspect the machine, and the inspection results are sent to the customer. After confirmation, we will ship the machines.
How to install the equipment after purchasing it?
We will provide professional installation videos to illustrate. A manual is also provided.
Do you provide a guarantee?
Yes, we offer one year warranty on our products. Provide after-sales service support and technical support.
